SBY: Ada 3 Penyakit Berbahaya di BUMN

Jakarta – Presiden SBY mengungkapkan setidaknya ada 3 penyakit berbahaya yang masih terdapat di Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN).
“Masih ada 3 penyakit berbahaya bagi perusahaan BUMN yang perlu diwaspadai. Walaupun saat ini BUMN sudah banyak yang sehat dan yang sakit hanya sedikit,” ujar SBY.
SBY menyampaikan hal tersebut dalam sambutan pembukaan Indonesia Business-BUMN Expo and Conference (IBBEX) 2010 di JCC, Senayan, Kamis (23/09/2010).
Ia memaparkan, penyakit pertama perusahaan BUMN yakni serakah. “Kebiasan mengambil, merambah semua bisnis tetapi tidak sesuai core bussines atau bisa dikatakan over extended. Jika berdasarkan agama itu namanya serakah, diambil hulu sampai hilirnya,” ungkap SBY.
Menurut SBY dengan adanya keserakahan maka perusahaan bisa cacat dan kolaps sewaktu-waktu. Selain serakah, SBY mengatakan penyakit kedua yakni sebuah BUMN yang dijadikan sapi perah.
“Semua disuruh BUMN yang mengerjakan lalu bagaimana mau hidup. Perusahaan bisa kolaps juga,” katanya.
SBY berharap, kontribusi BUMN di sosialnya dalam fungsi negara hendaknya sebagai PSO (Public Service Obligation) CSR perlu dilakukan. “Itu yang sesuai dengan proporsinya, BUMN tidak juga boleh pelit sehingga jangan menggoncangkan bisnisnya,” ungkapnya.
“Poinnya jangan jadi sapi perah!,” imbuh SBY dengan nada tinggi.
Terakhir, sambung SBY atau yang ketiga yakni kikislah sifat BUMN yang dijadikan ‘bancakan’.
“Kikislah sifat BUMN yang dijadikan bancakan. Semua ingin mendapatkan dukungan pribadi dalam kegiatan BUMN,” jelasnya.
Agar memberikan hasil maksimal, SBY mengharapkan BUMN tidak terjangkit ke-3 penyakit tersebut. “Jadi bukan hanya tumbuh perusahaan yang mempunyai GCG (good corporate governance), tapi kontributif juga untuk menolong bangsanya,” tukas SBY.
