Barang Elektronik Ilegal Makin Merajalela di Daerah

Lampung – Sebaran produk elektronik ilegal mulai menyebar ke daerah-daerah diluar kota-kota besar seperti Jakarta. Temuan produk-produk elektronik impor yang tak memenuhi ketentuan buku manual berbahasa Indonesia masih saja banyak ditemukan.
Dalam ketentuan Permendag No 19/M-IND/PER/5/2009 diatur tentang pendaftaran petunjuk penggunaan manual dan kartu jaminan garansi purna jual dalam bahasa Indonesia bagi produk telematika dan elektronika.
“Meski sudah dibatasi dengan Permendag No 19, barang-barang itu dilempar ke daerah,” kata Kepala Sub Direktorat Pengawasan Barang Industri Kemendag Veri Anggrijono kepada detikFinance, Kamis malam (7/10/10)di Bandara Radin Inten Lampung.
Ia mengatakan berdasarkan hasil pengawasan pihaknya di Bandar Lampung masih banyak produk-produk elektronika konsumsi rumah tangga seperti rice cooker, kipas angin, strika dan lain-lain tak mencantumkan buku manual garansi berbahasa Indonesia sesuai dengan Permendag No 19 Tahun 2009.
Sementara lokasi kota besar seperti di Jakarta, barang-barang semacam ini menurutnya relatif sudah mulai tak ditemukan karena sudah mulai ada kesadaran dari pedagang. Ia menduga justru produk-produk elektronik ilegal yang merajalela, saat ini sudah disebar ke daerah-daerah sekitar Jakarta termasuk wilayah Lampung, penyebabnya tingkat pengawasan di daerah masih lemah.
“Di Jakarta hampir sudah memiliki ketentuan buku garansi dan manual. Tadi (lokasi pengawasan di Lampung), hampir semua toko 80% tak punya,” katanya.
Kemarin (7/10/2010) Tim Terpadu meliputi Direktorat Pengawasan Barang Peredar Kementerian Perdagangan, pemerintah daerah provinsi dan kota Lampung beserta Polda Lampung melakukan sidak terhadap beberapa produk seperti regulator tabunh LPG, kompor gas, MCB, saklar listrik, tusuk kontak dan kontak-kontak kimia, ban dalam kendaraan roda dua dan selang karet regulator LPG.
Hasil temuan di lokasi toko SB di Kawasan Jl Ikan Tongkol Bandar Lampung terhadap produk regulator merek SNJ, TS, dan MNT sebanyak 4 buah diduga tak sesuai SNI, tak dilengkapi surat dan nomor pendaftaran barang (NPB) atau nomor registrasi produk (NRP).
Dilokasi ini juga ditemukan sebanyak 13 dus produk MCB merek MSK diduga tak sesuai dengan SNI, dan tak dilengkapi dengan NPB.
Sementara di lokasi toko SS Jl ikan Gurame Bandar Lampung ditemukan kompor gas satu tunggu bermerek TDC diduga tak ber-SNI, tak ada NPB. Lokasi ini juga ditemukan produk saklar listrik yang diduga tak ber SNI, dan NPB, bahkan juga ditemukan tusuk kontak dan kotak kontak yang diduga tak sesuai dengan SNI dan tak ber NPB.
Di lokasi toko SB Jl Ikan Tongkol Bandar Lampung masih saja ditemukan produk selang karet regulator LPG asal Korea dan di toko SS Jl Gurame ditemukan produk yang sama asal Jerman yang diduga sama-sama tak memiliki SNI dan NPB.
Sementara itu di toko B motor di Kawasan Jl Kartin ditemukan 17 buah ban dalam kendaraan bermotor yang juga diduga tak ber SNI dan tak mimiliki NPB.
“Pengintaian dari pengawasan ini sudah berlangsung 2 minggu sebelumnya,” katanya.
